Most of our clients are W2 wage earners, practice as a sole proprietor (with a Schedule C), or are retired. They may also have some stock options, rental properties, or brokerage accounts.

NOTE: So you are aware, we don't work with individuals and families with LLCs (including single member LLCs), S-Corps, partnerships, or other business entities.
IRS Representation
Facing IRS audits or notices can be overwhelming. Karen's experience as a former IRS agent gives clients peace of mind when dealing directly with the IRS, because she's been on both sides of the table.
